Terms of Service

Quotes & payment

Every project starts with a written quote. A deposit of 50% is due before work begins and the balance before launch, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are in Singapore dollars.

Renewals

Hosting, domain, email and maintenance are billed yearly on the renewal date shown in your client portal. If a renewal is not paid within 14 days of the due date the website may be suspended until payment is received.

Content & ownership

You are responsible for the text, images and products you supply and confirm you have the right to use them. On full payment the website and its code belong to you. Third-party libraries remain under their own licences.

Revisions & support

Design mockups include two rounds of revisions. Small content changes are included in your renewal; larger changes are quoted separately.

Liability

We build and host with care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
